If agreement is not reached on the City’s proposed modifications, the existing provisions of these documents that affect wages, hours and working conditions shall remain in force through the term of this MOU. It is the City’s intent to modify A.R. 95.90 in order to comply with IRS rules related to the taxation of annual leave payoff at separation.
