Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.
PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT The Service Provider represents that it has secured or will secure, at its own expense, all personnel and equipment necessary to perform the services of this contract; none of whom shall be employees of, nor have any contractual relationship with the District. All of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Service Provider under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized or permitted under law to perform such services.

Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.
Personnel Rules The County and Association agree to meet and confer on personnel rule changes through a joint labor management committee including all County labor organizations.
