Common use of Personalty and Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Personalty and Fixtures. Borrower will deliver to Lender, on demand, any contracts, bills of sale, statements, receipted vouchers, or agreements under which Borrower claims title to any materials, fixtures, or other personal property incorporated into or located within any of the Homes located on any of the Lots.
