Personal Effects. Men shall be reimbursed for damage (other than usual wear and tear) to personal effects which are damaged on the job, provided satisfactory evidence is present- ed to the Joint Port Labor Relations Committee. The amount of the reimbursement shall be decided by the Committee, which shall adhere to the following rules:
