Common use of Permittee Clause in Contracts

Permittee. Permittee is the owner or operator of an aircraft described in Exhibit A (“Permitted Aircraft”), and Permittee desires to rent from GAS the tie down space(s) listed in Exhibit B attached hereto and by reference incorporated into this Agreement (“Tie Down Space(s)”) for storage of the Permitted Aircraft.
