PERMITTED USES AND DISCLOSURES BY CONTRACTOR. A. During the continuance of the Contract, Contractor will perform services necessary in connection with the Plan as outlined in the Contract. These services may include Payment activities, Health Care Operations, and Data Aggregation as these terms are defined in 45 CFR §164.501. In connection with the services to be performed pursuant to the Contract, Contractor is permitted or required to use or disclose PHI it creates or receives for or from the Plan or to request PHI on the Plan’s behalf as provided below.
