Common use of Permitted Users Clause in Contracts

Permitted Users. The Software may be accessed solely by Customer's employees or the employees of Customer's distributors, resellers, vendors, partners or other service providers who are explicitly authorized by Customer to access and use the Software (each, a “User”). Customer will ensure that the Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall be fully responsible for any breach of this Agreement by a User. Customer shall immediately report any unauthorized access or use of the Software to Company.

Permitted Users. Customer will ensure that the Permitted Users comply with the terms of this Agreement at all times; and shall be fully responsible for any breach of this Agreement by a Permitted User.
