Permitted Use and Restrictions on Use. The Premises shall be used only for general office, engineering, research and development, testing, design, sales, training, and administrative support, to the extent, in all cases, in compliance with all Laws and Restrictions (as such terms are defined in the Prime Lease) (herein called the “Permitted Use”) and for no other purposes whatsoever, without both Landlord’s and Prime Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which in any way will unreasonably obstruct or interfere with the rights of any other tenants or occupants of the Building, or injure or annoy them, or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, unlawful or objectionable purpose, injure or tend to injure the reputation of the Building or any part thereof, or cause any lines to form in the common areas of the Building.
