Permitted Termination. In the event that Buyer exercises any right it may have hereunder to terminate this Agreement, neither party shall have any further obligation or liability under this Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided hereunder.

Permitted Termination. In the event that Buyer exercises any right it may have hereunder to terminate this Agreement, the Buyer Default Amount shall not be owing from Buyer to Seller hereunder or otherwise and neither party shall have any further liability or obligation or liability under this Agreement except as otherwise for those liabilities and obligations that expressly provided hereundersurvive a termination of this Agreement.
