Common use of Permitted Termination Clause in Contracts

In the event that Buyer exercises any right it may have hereunder to terminate this Agreement, the Deposit shall be immediately returned to Buyer and neither party shall have any further obligation or liability under this Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided hereunder.
