Permitted Incomplete Work Defined. Permitted Incomplete Work is work that is incomplete through no fault of the Contractor, as determined by the Owner, including, but not limited to, seasonal test and balance, seasonal landscaping, scheduled elevator inspection or maintenance, incomplete work due to failure of Separate Contractors to complete work, and the like.
