Common use of Permissible Delay Clause in Contracts

Permissible Delay. Delays on account of such causes as specified in this Article IX, Clause 1, in Article VI or Article XVI, Clause 1 (d) and (e) hereof and any other delays caused by non fulfilment by the Buyer of the Buyer’s obligation hereunder or any other delays of a nature which under the terms of this Contract permit postponement or extension of the Delivery Date shall constitute Permissible Delay and shall extend the Delivery Date for any net delay caused thereby. 1.
