Permanent Term Sample Clauses

Permanent Term. The Permanent Term shall be for the time period stated in Section 1.1. The Lease will extend from the Initial Term into the Permanent Term only if Tenant is in full compliance with this Lease. The Permanent Term is a continuation of the Lease under the same terms except for the rental rate as provided in this Lease.

Permanent Term. At any time prior to the expiration of the Preliminary Term, Lessee shall have the right to elect to lease the Premises for a term of years (the "Permanent Term"). Part 3 of this Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Permanent Term and, together with applicable provisions of Part 4, shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties during the Permanent Term. Unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary herein, any reference to the Permanent Term shall also include any extension of the Permanent Term.
