Permanent Suspension or Prohibition. If the Employee is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Bank's affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. ss. 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), all obligations of the Bank under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.

Section 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.

If the Employee is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of First Federal's affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. Section 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), or pursuant to R.C.W. 32.16.090, all obligations of First Federal under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.
Permanent Suspension or Prohibition. If a Participant is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Bank’s affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), the Executive Benefit payable to the Participant (or which may become payable to the Participant in the future) and all rights under the Plan shall be immediately forfeited and the Participant shall not be entitled to the Executive Benefit.

If the Executive is removed from office or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the affairs of any banking subsidiary of GLB by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), all obligations of the Employers under this Agreement will terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the Parties will not be affected.

Sections 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), all obligations of the Association under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.

If the Employee is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Employer's affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. Section 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), or pursuant to any applicable Oregon or Washington statute or regulation, all obligations of the Employer under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.

If the Employee is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Company's affairs by an order issued under law applicable to the Employee's conduct, all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the contracting parties shall not be affected.

If the President is removed and/or permanently prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Institution's affairs by an order issued under Section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the FDIA, 12 U.S.C. ss. 1818(e)(4) and (g)(1), all obligations of the Institution under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order, but vested rights of the parties shall not be affected.
