Permanent Facility. The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide a design and construct the Fire Station #10 in compliance with all applicable building codes to include traffic signaling requirements. The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide and install all finishes, furniture and equipment as specified.
