Permanent Disablement. A disablement that is classified as a permanent total disablement under the proviso to Section 2(I) of the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923. 5. Bidder to strictly follow all the necessary guidelines issued by Customer, District Magistrate, State Government and Central government to control Covid-19 outbreak. 6.
