Perishables Sample Clauses

The Perishables clause defines the handling, storage, and delivery requirements for goods that are subject to spoilage or deterioration over time. It typically outlines specific conditions such as temperature controls, timeframes for delivery, and responsibilities for maintaining product quality during transit. This clause ensures that perishable items reach their destination in acceptable condition, thereby minimizing losses due to spoilage and clarifying liability if the goods are compromised.
Perishables. The general method for shipping meat, dairy and produce Merchandise shall be to ship these categories on the same truck.
Perishables. The contractor shall ensure all perishable material is properly packed, marked and labeled to maintain accountability and identify handling criteria for prudent care in preventing neglect, deterioration and compliance with IATA requirements. When necessary, add wet or dry ice to material and repack once the package has reached its expiration time and date. Perishable shipments will be accepted without liability on the part of the contractor if normal standard of care is exercised.
Perishables. As noted below, GU will no longer make direct bookings. GU will still make leftover ad predictions and C&S will procure appropriate quantities to meet such predictions. To the extent that C&S is not able to ship leftover GU ad product to other customers, GU will promptly establish a store distribution for such items to avoid any code dating or quality issues, provided that any mis-picks related thereto shall be the responsibility of C&S. C&S shall continue to ship dairy items with the same minimum receipt and ship dates as exist on the date hereof.
