Common use of Periodic Statement Clause in Contracts

Periodic Statement. You will receive a monthly statement for the account(s) that you have accessed using an Electronic Check Transaction, the ATMs, POS terminal, and Telephone Banking and Online/Mobile Banking Services which will show the calendar date that you initiated the transfer, the type of transfer and the type of account(s) accessed by the transfer, and the amount of transfers occurring in that statement period.
