PERIOD OF SERVICE AND SCHEDULE. The provisions of this Agreement have been agreed to in anticipation of the orderly and continuous progress of the Project through completion of the services stated in the Proposal. XXxX's obligation to render services hereunder will extend for a period that may reasonably be required for the completion of said services. BMcD shall make reasonable efforts to comply with deliverable schedules (if any) and consistent with BMcD’s professional responsibility.
