Performance Weeks. (1) All rehearsals during performance weeks in New York City and out-ofor-town shall be compensated at the applicable ratesrate per hour or fraction thereof.
(2) All rehearsals beyond four (4) hours on a one-performance day, and six (6) hours on a non-performance day, shall be compensated at the overtime rate for each hour, or fraction thereof.
