Common use of Performance Standards Clause in Contracts

Performance Standards. 31.1 Verizon shall provide Services under this Agreement in accordance with the performance standards required by Applicable Law, including, but not limited to, Section 251(c) of the Act. 31.2 PNG Nettalk shall provide Services under this Agreement in accordance with the performance standards required by Applicable Law.
