Common use of Performance Rating Reports Clause in Contracts

Performance Rating Reports. Each employee will be provided with a copy of the employee's performance rating report. A copy of records in an employee's individual personnel file, which the City makes available for the employee's inspection, may be obtained when requested in writing, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pages. Copies of documents previously provided and/or in excess of twenty-five (25) pages may be subject to copying charges as provided for in the Master Fee Resolution in effect at the time of the request.
