PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES. A. CONTRACTOR shall achieve performance objectives, tracking and reporting Performance Outcome Objective statistics in monthly programmatic reports, as appropriate. ADMINISTRATOR recognizes that alterations may be necessary to the following services to meet the objectives, and, therefore, revisions to objectives and services may be implemented by mutual agreement between CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR. 1. CONTRACTOR shall provide effective sober living program to Residents with identified alcohol and/or drug problems as measured by Employment and Housing Linkage Rates.
