Common use of Performance of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreement. Licensee agrees to satisfy all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and to equip, supply and staff the Hotel in accordance with this Agreement and to cooperate with Licensor in connection therewith. As a result of Licensee's efforts to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee will incur substantial expense and expend substantial time and effort. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor shall have no liability or obligation to Licensee for any losses, obligations, liabilities or expenses incurred by Licensee if this Agreement is terminated because Licensee has not complied with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
