A Performance Notification clause requires one party to formally inform the other about the status of their performance under the contract. Performance Notification. 13 The District and the Association recognize the importance of sufficient time for 14 an employee to address performance concerns raised by an evaluator during the 15 evaluation process. Therefore no employee shall receive an unsatisfactory 16 evaluation at their formal evaluation conference without having been notified in 17 writing of performance concerns that could result in such an unsatisfactory 18 evaluation.
