PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND TRANSPARENT TRACKING STRATEGIES Clause Samples

PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND TRANSPARENT TRACKING STRATEGIES. The Toole Design Team will identify trends related to measures from recent MPO reporting or crash data, including: number of fatalities, fatalities per 100 million VMT, number of serious injuries, serious injuries per 100 million VMT, and number of non-motorized fatalities and serious injuries. Consultants will correlate countermeasures included in the toolbox (Task 4.2) with performance measures to create a link between the performance target, countermeasure implementation, and outcomes. This may take the form of a matrix or dynamic list that could be directly integrated with the MPO’s dashboard. Working with the MPO and its partners, we will determine realistic and effective strategies for tracking countermeasure implementation based on data availability and ideally building on existing regional reporting processes. TASK 4 DELIVERABLES • Systemic Countermeasure Toolbox and Instructional Guide. One draft of each document will be submitted and will be subject to one round of revisions to finalize. PROVIDED BY MPO STAFF • The MPO will assist with coordinating a Vision Zero-centered roundtable, or similar activity • The MPO will lead a process to provide the consultant team with one set of clear, non- conflicting comments to facilitate the revision process of draft deliverables for the project.
