Common use of Performance Indicators Clause in Contracts

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) : provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP Milestone; and (b) and comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Services and otherwise perform the Services and its other activities under this Agreement in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator and, where relevant, from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Key Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for Achievement of each relevant CPP Go Live Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Key Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Full Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP Contract Performance Point (CPP) Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) subject to Paragraph 9 of Part A of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels), provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the Milestone Date for each relevant CPP MilestoneSCD(3); and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.

Performance Indicators. 7.1 The Supplier shall: (a) provide the Operational Services in such a manner so as to meet or exceed the Target Performance Level for each Performance Indicator from the later of (i) 1 September 2021 and (ii) the Milestone Date for each relevant the CPP Milestone; and (b) comply with the provisions of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) in relation to the monitoring and reporting on its performance against the Performance Indicators.
