Standard: At least 85% Administrative Cost Percentage‌ Total administrative expenses, divided by the sum of total PPC and prospective capitation + PPC Settlement + reinsurance less premium tax. Standard: No more than 15% The Contractor shall comply with all financial reporting requirements contained in Attachment F3, Contractor Chart of Deliverables and the AHCCCS Financial Reporting Guide for the CMDP Contractor, a copy of which may be found on the AHCCCS website.
