Performance & Flexibility Sample Clauses

The Performance & Flexibility clause establishes the standards and expectations for how parties will fulfill their obligations under the agreement, while also allowing for adjustments in response to changing circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the required level of performance, such as timelines, quality benchmarks, or deliverable specifications, and may provide mechanisms for modifying these requirements if unforeseen events occur or if both parties agree to changes. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties can adapt to evolving needs or challenges without breaching the contract, thereby balancing accountability with the ability to respond to real-world developments.
