Common use of Performance by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance by Purchaser. Each of the covenants, agreements and obligations to be performed by Purchaser on or before the Closing Date pursuant to the terms hereof shall have been duly performed by Purchaser on or before the Closing Date, including all payments of cash and deliveries of stock provided for in Section 4.2.

Performance by Purchaser.
