Common use of Performance by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance by Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have performed, satisfied and complied in all material respects with all covenants, agreements and conditions required by this Agreement and the Sellers shall have received a certificate of a duly authorized officer of the Purchaser to such effect.

Performance by Purchaser.
