PERFORMANCE AND TERMINATION. Subject to the performance of the covenants and agreements made by Companies herein, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall perform his duties during the employment period in good faith and will observe faithfully the covenants and agreements made by him herein. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be discharged during the employment period except for cause involving dishonesty, moral turpitude, or material breach of any express or implied condition under this Agreement. The discharge of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for reasons other than those specified in the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be a discharge without cause.
