PEOPLE Deductions. The Employer will deduct voluntary contributions to the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employee International Bargaining Unit’s Public Employees Organized to Promote Legislative Equality (PEOPLE) Committee from the pay of an employee upon receipt from the Bargaining Unit of an individual written authorization card voluntarily executed by the employee.
