Penalties/liquidated Damages. 22.1 In case of late delivery beyond the presented period, penalty as specified in SCC shall be imposed upon the Supplier/ Manufacturer. The above Late Delivery (LD) is subject to GCC Clause 24, including late delivery for reasons beyond control. Once the maximum is reached, the Procuring Agency may consider termination of the Contract pursuant to GCC Clause 23.
