Penalties/liquidated Damages. In case of late delivery beyond the presented period, penalty as specified in Special Conditions of Contract shall be imposed upon the Supplier. The Procuring Agency shall be entitled to make other arrangement at the risk /expense of the Contractor / Supplier Firm, the price difference shall be paid by the Firm.
