Common use of PEG Access Programming Clause in Contracts

PEG Access Programming. The Licensee shall continue to be responsible for providing public, educational and governmental ("PEG") Access Programming, facilities and equipment to the residents of the Town, pursuant to the provisions of this Article 6. To this end, the Licensee shall: (1) Continue to operate and maintain its current PEG Access/LO studio in accordance with Section 6.2 below; (2) Continue to provide support for PEG Access Programming in accordance with Section 6.3 below; (3) Schedule, operate and program the PEG Access Channels provided in accordance with Section 6.4 below; (4) Purchase, install, operate, maintain and repair equipment, with the funds allocated for such purposes in Section 6.5 below; (5) Work with, and seek input from, the Cable Advisory Committee regarding the operation and management of PEG Access Programming, in accordance with Section 6.6 below; (6) Provide annual funding to the Access Corporation in accordance with Section 6.7 below; (7) Continue to conduct training programs in the skills to produce PEG Access Programming and provide technical guidance to PEG Access Users; (8) Establish rules, procedures and guidelines for use of the PEG Access Channels, in conjunction with the Cable Advisory Committee; (9) Provide outreach, and other access-related services to PEG Access Users, pursuant to Exhibit 5; and (10) Continue to provide guidance to Users in the production of Video Programming of interest to Subscribers and focusing on Town issues, events and activities.
