Common use of PEELING PAINT Clause in Contracts

PEELING PAINT. Tenant hereby agrees to notify Owner of any paint within the Leased Premises that is peeling, cracking, flaking, blistering or loose in any manner so that Owner may repair such conditions and to notify Owner if a child under six years of age occupies the Leased Premises.
