Payroll System Implementation. The Payroll System will, at a minimum, be capable of collecting and reporting demographic data, including but not limited to information outlined in Article 5, Bargaining Unit Information: calculating and applying variable wage rates; combining several consumers’ service hours in a single payment; adding and editing deductions at variable levels for health care premiums, ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ fund contributions, taxes, union deductions, wage garnishments, and other purposes; providing web-based and mobile device application reporting of hours; providing for direct deposit into multiple bank or other financial institution accounts; and, upon reasonable notice, providing a reasonable level of ease and cost-control in making changes to fields and/or records for individual or system-wide payments and deductions with no significant additional cost to the Employer.
