Payroll-Related Services. As a customer of our Payroll Services, you may also receive certain additional Payroll-Related Services that are provided through or in connection with the Payroll Cloud-Based Solution. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we will cease providing you with the Payroll-Related Services at any time that we cease providing you with the Payroll Services.
