Payroll Dues Deduction Procedures. (a) Upon receipt of a Payroll Deduction Authorization from an employee, the COMPANY will initiate deductions for amounts equal to UNION Dues (and, if authorized, an Initiation Fee) from such employee's wages, sickness or disability payments, or other benefit payments or vacation payments.
