Payments Under Orders i. Each Purchasing Entity will make its own payments under any Order that it enters into. The State shall not be liable to Contractor for any payments due under any Order unless the State is a party to that Order.
Payments Under Orders i. Contractor shall allow the State and Purchasing Entities to use a procurement card or other credit card to make payments under any Order, in addition to any other payment procedure available to the State or Purchasing Entity.
Payments Under Orders i. Contractor shall allow the State and Purchasing Entities to use a procurement card or other credit card to make payments under any Order at least $250.00 and not to exceed $25,000.00, in addition to any other payment procedure available to the State or Purchasing Entity.
