Common use of Payments to the Lender Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Lender. The payment to Administrative Agent of: (i) all fees to be received by Administrative Agent pursuant to this agreement or any other Credit Documents, and (ii) all third-party costs incurred in connection with this agreement, including all reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and out-of-pocket expenses of Administrative Agent's counsel incurred or estimated to have been incurred through the Closing Date in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of the Credit Documents and the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby;
