Payments to the Eligible Lender Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to Section 8.01 hereof or pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Sale Agreement or Section 5.03 of the Master Servicing Agreement shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
