Common use of Payments to Owner Trustee Clause in Contracts

Payments to Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article shall not be a part of the Assets immediately after their payment. All amounts then due to the Owner Trustee from the Trust, the Depositor, or the Master Servicer under any Transaction Document shall be paid in full before any payments to the Depositor or any holder of a Transferor Certificate.
