Common use of Payments to Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to Agent. All payments of principal, interest, Reimbursement Obligations, commitment fees, Letter of Credit Fees and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made to the Agent, for the respective accounts of the Banks and the Agent, at the Agent's Head Office or at such other location in the Boston, Massachusetts, area that the Agent may from time to time designate, in each case in immediately available funds.

Payments to Agent.
