Payments in the Event of Death Following Termination. If the ---------------------------------------------------- Employee shall die prior to receiving all of the applicable benefits described in this Paragraph 5 to which the Employee is entitled, then the Employer will make such payments to the Employee's designated beneficiary. If a valid Beneficiary Designation is not in effect, then the remaining amounts due to the Employee shall be paid to the Employee's Surviving Spouse. If the Employee leaves no Surviving Spouse, the remaining amounts due to the Employee shall be paid to the duly qualified personal representative, executor or administrator of the Employee's estate.
