Common use of Payments Free of Withholding Clause in Contracts

Payments Free of Withholding. Except as otherwise required by law and subject to Section 3.3(b), each payment by the Borrower to any Lender or Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any other Credit Document shall be made without withholding for or on account of any present or future taxes imposed by or within the jurisdiction in which the Borrower is incorporated, any jurisdiction from which the Borrower makes any payment, or (in each case) any political subdivision or taxing authority thereof or therein, excluding, in the case of each Lender and the Administrative Agent, the following taxes:
