PAYMENTS FOR EXTRA SERVICES AND SPECIAL SITUATIONS. 7.4.1 If the Professional is caused extra drafting or other expense because of major changes ordered by the Owner, the delinquency or insolvency of the Contractor, or as a result of damage to work in progress by fire or other cause, the Professional may request to be paid for such extra services and expenses. If any work designed or specified is abandoned or suspended, the Professional may request to be paid for the services rendered.
