Common use of Payment Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Upon termination of Officer’s employment for any of the reasons set forth in Section 6 above, Officer will receive payment for all Base Salary and benefits earned as of the date of Officer’s termination (“Earned Compensation”), which shall be paid by the end of the business day following termination or sooner if required by applicable law.
