Common use of Payment Upon Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment Upon Maturity. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 3.04(C), all accrued and unpaid Additional Interest, if any, will be paid on the Interest Payment Date occurring on the Maturity Date of the Notes, and no portion thereof may be deferred.

Payment Upon Maturity. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 3.04(C)Indenture or the Notes, all accrued and unpaid Additional Interest, if any, together with any accrued interest thereon, will be paid on the Interest Payment Date occurring on the Maturity Date of the Notes, and no portion thereof may be deferred.
